  • If you choose to book a class, we will collect information from you regarding: (i) whether you desire to secure a thirty minute or sixty minute session, (ii) the instructor that you want to book a session with, (iii) the time you want to book the session for, (iv) your first name, last name, phone number (optional), email address, and any information that you choose to provide about you in the form (collectively, “Appointment Registration Information”).  

  • In the event that you choose to contact us by email or with written correspondence via U.S. mail, we will collect your email address or mailing address, as applicable, your first name, last name, and any other information that you choose to include in your message to us (collectively, “General Inquiry Information”).  

  • Our Website contains hyperlinks to both our Twitter and Instagram social media accounts.  If you choose to contact us through one or both of our social media accounts, we will collect your username, name, and any information that you include in your message or comment to us (collectively, “Social Media Inquiry Information”).

  • Social Media Inquiry Information is used to respond to your inquiry of us.  

  • We use Usage information for: (i) core functionality of the Website, including enabling you to submit information to us through web forms and for web traffic management, security and accessibility, (ii) evaluating the effectiveness of our marketing and advertising efforts, (iii) identifying the most commonly utilized computing devices and internet browsers used to visit our Website for purposes of optimizing the browsing experience of our visitors, (iv) combatting fraud and malicious activity on our Website, and (v) detecting and resolving any technical issues on our Website.

If all or substantially all of Company’s assets are acquired by another entity or Company merges with another organization, then the information that we have collected from and about you in connection with your use of the Website, Services, or both will be among the assets provided to the acquiring entity unless such disclosure is prohibited by applicable law. 

Geographic Restriction

Company is located within the State of Georgia, U.S.A. and Company’s Yoga and Pilates services are offered exclusively to customers located within the United States.  Company does not market to or otherwise solicit information of any kind from any individual located outside of the United States, including the European Union and United Kingdom.  Any use of this Website from outside of the United States is entirely at your own risk.  

Children’s Online Privacy 

Company does not knowingly market to or otherwise solicit Personal Information from children under the age of thirteen.  For purposes of this Section of the Policy, the term “Personal Information” has the meaning provided under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (15 U.S.C. § 6501, et. al.) and its regulations, which includes first and last name, home or other physical address, email address, telephone number, social security number, or other identifiers.  If you are a child under the age of eighteen, please do not submit Personal Information to us on or through the Website.  If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child who is under the age of eighteen and you believe that your child may have provided us with Personal Information, please contact us by any of the means provided under the Section “Contact Us,” which is located at the bottom of this Policy and we will promptly remove your child’s information from our system.
