Vicky Martin
Vicky is a Yoga Alliance certified instructor (RYT 200) who brings compassion, resilience, and fresh perspective to every class. Having begun her own yoga journey just five years ago, she understands what it’s like to be a beginner and creates a supportive, judgment-free space for students of all levels.
Yoga became a life-changing practice for her—physically, mentally, and spiritually. It helped her become a more grounded mom, wife, and friend. In 2022, a major health challenge, including brain surgery, deepened her connection to yoga and faith, both of which were vital to her healing and return to wellness.
Her classes weave together breathwork, mindful movement, and body awareness to help students feel empowered and at ease in their own skin. Off the mat, Vicky is passionate about nutrition, neuroscience, cooking, and travel.
