In Monique's classes, she weaves together creative sequencing, a sense of playfulness, and uplifting inspiration to help students deepen their practice. Her goal is to nurture the body, mind, and soul through yoga, and to support others in living more balanced, joyful lives. Yoga is an essential part of her life—it's helped her grow stronger, more flexible, and fearless, both on and off the mat.
