With over 22 years in the fitness industry, Kenzie brings experience, passion, and energy to every class. In 2018, she started teaching Pilates, drawn to its unique blend of creativity, safety, and effectiveness. Kenzie believes that movement should be fun and empowering, and she loves guiding clients to build strength, improve mobility, and discover the joy of mindful movement.

Outside the studio, Kenzie is an avid hiker who finds peace and inspiration in the outdoors. She also volunteers her time rescuing and fostering dogs, helping them heal and find their forever home.
