Emily Claire Lauth
Emily Claire discovered yoga when she was 18 when searching for alternative ways to heal her internal world. From the beginning, practicing yoga felt like returning home. It brings a sense of balance and peace that she hopes to share with others through her teaching.
Her teaching journey began in college where she served as president of UGA’s yoga club. With a background in Human Development and Family Science, she values the interconnection between mind, body, spirit, and the relationships we cultivate- with ourselves and with those around us.
Emily Claire is also certified in Reflexology and Thai massage- holistic modalities that honor the body’s natural ability to restore and heal itself. Through her classes, she offers a space to move with intention, deepen their mind-body awareness, and carry a sense of balance and wholeness off the mat.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her dog Otis, experimenting in the kitchen, or working on a crochet project.
