CYNTHIA PEDRAZA
Cynthia’s yoga journey began 15 years ago on a beach in Mexico, where a spontaneous class sparked a lifelong passion. After college, she moved to Atlanta, exploring various yoga styles before finding her path in Vinyasa, drawn by its fluid blend of movement, creativity, and spirituality.
She began teaching in English and Spanish, aiming to inspire others to connect body, mind, and soul. Later, in Portland, Oregon, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Alliance training and, in 2020, a 500-hour certification with Jason Crandell, specializing in Vinyasa technique, anatomy, and methodology.
Cynthia is also certified in sound healing and incorporates sound baths into her offerings. She has led classes, workshops, and retreats internationally. Now back in Atlanta, she’s excited to reconnect with the local yoga community, continuing to share transformative practices rooted in presence, movement, and deep inner connection.
