Courtney's journey into yoga unfolded after years of mastering strength and grace through gymnastics, weight-lifting and CrossFit. It was only a matter of time that she sought out movement that not only challenged her body but rooted her from a spiritual sense. Yoga became a sanctuary for navigating life’s complexities. With a strong desire to give back to her community, she received her 200 hour with the YTT Collective.

Courtney’s classes blend breath awareness, intentional movement, and honest inner reflection. She invites students to uncover their unique path toward self-expression by stepping onto their mat with curiosity and leaving judgments at the door. You can expect to feel the fire & embrace your strength.
