Join Andrea on the mat for a journey of movement, mindfulness, and connection. A former gymnast, Andrea discovered yoga in her twenties and was drawn to it's balance of tranquility and strength. Inspired by her mentor Kim Saunders, she became a yoga teacher two years ago.
