Come to our studio and stay awhile. With classes ranging from non-heated gentle yoga to hot power yoga and reformer Pilates. We truly have something for everyone in the Roswell area, and beyond.

Reformer CLASSES

  • Advanced Reformer

    For those very comfortable with the reformer, an advanced level of training and continuous movement with added weights and props.

  • Basic Reformer Flow

    Reformer Flow for newer pilates reformer students bridging moves together in continuous movement. Light weights may be used.

  • Beginner

    New to pilates reformer? Let’s cover the basics in a 50 minutes beginner class to get you familiar with the reformer, how it works and how your body moves with it to find an amazing workout.

Yoga CLASSES

  • YinYasa

    This class is the best of both worlds! Beginning with a gentle flow, movement and balance will invigorate the body and mind. Followed by long-held Yin poses to promote joint and ligament health. Finishing with meditation and breathing exercises for a fully balanced practice.

  • Gental Flow

    A more traditional slower paced vinyasa flow in a room temperature space.

  • Beginner Flow

    Whether this is your 1st class ever, your first class back in a while, or even if you’re a seasoned Yogi looking to break things down a bit more slowly, this class is for you.  Poses explained and held longer, the use of props demonstrated and gentle correction if desired.

  • Yin/Restore

    Mindfulness paired with poses held an average of 3 to 5 minutes each allowing more circulation within the joints, and overall improving mobility and flexibility.

Warm CLASSES

  • Warm Vinyasa

    Traditional Vinyasa flow heated at 75-80 degrees.

  • Warm Yoga Sculpt

    Yoga vinyasa flow including light weights and challenging muscle engagement.  Heated to 75 -80 degrees.

HOT CLASSES

  • HIIT Pilates

    High Intense Interval Training based in Pilates movements that tones and sculpts the body.  Naked Mind HIIT will strengthen the core and increase overall flexibility.  Heated at 95 degrees to increas circulation, metabolism, cellulite and wrinkle reduction.

  • Power Flow

    An advanced level powerful yoga flow focused on strength building, endurance, advanced level poses and breath to motion movement.  Set at 90-95 degrees it is a guaranteed sweat.  This class may not be suitable for a beginner yogi.
